The Eastern DBS Think Tank is based on the highly successful DBS Think Tank meetings held annually in Florida for the last decade. We invite senior clinicians and academics to discuss state of the art international developments in DBS particularly focusing on the rapidly developing opportunities for neurological and psychiatric diseases and neurotechnological advances in the Asia Pacific region.

The first Eastern Deep Brain Stimulation Think Tank Conference was held in Kyoto, Japan, in June 2019, followed by an online conference in China in December 2020 (due to travel restrictions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic). This meeting is hybrid with limited in-person capacity and will be streamed online. Registration to watch the event online for free.
